Processing & Production Times

Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order to ship. You will receive a notification via email when your order ships out,

Please allow a production time of 1-5 business days. On holiday periods this can take up to 8 business days.

We do our best to print and ship it out as soon as possible so the time might be shorter than that.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship internationally and worldwide (to most countries)! This includes the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore and other countries. If you're not too sure, just drop us a message in the chat and we will be happy to check for you!

How long does shipping take?

For USA and UK:

Standard: 2-6 Business Days

Express/Expedited: 1-3 Business Days

Rest of the world:

Standard: 6-13 Business Days

Express/Expedited: 3-7 Business Days

Do take note that the Free Standard Shipping Option does not have tracking. If you wish to have it tracked, please select Standard tracked or Expedited.

Shipping times can vary and we are not in control of the delivery times.

Art Prints Quality and Paper

All our Art Pints are now printed on 200gsm Fine Art Paper which is a premium-quality heavyweight paper with a gently textured surface. It is sourced exclusively from Hahnemühle, the world’s most famous papermaker. They are acid-free, and lignin-free which ensures they will not yellow with age and of archival quality. Archival quality paper is highly resistant to ageing and are light resistant for up to 100 years.

They are professionally printed by a reputable print company specialising on art using Giclée fine art printers. Giclée Prints are one of the best in the world and are produces consistent and vibrant colours, which bring out the best of our unique art works.

Do the Art Prints come with a picture frame?

We have some of our popular prints now that ships with a picture frame and ready to hang! If you wish to purchase one of our Art Prints that is not available with a frame, just drop us an email at bunjenjendesigns@gmail.com and we can help you out.

Can I customise the Artworks in any way? Do you do Custom Artworks?

Yes we do create custom artworks! Drop us an email on your request! Custom Artworks will be priced according to the work and complexity of the design.

Where are your products made?

Our products are printed in the US, UK, Europe and Australia depending on your order placed. We only use high quality printing companies to ensure the high quality of our prints. This also means orders sent to the US, UK, Europe and Australia will not attract any additional sales tax.

What is your returns policy?

We do our best to ensure that you are 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase! If you are not for any reason, please contact us so we can help make it right.

What if my order is damaged during delivery?

n some cases (very rarely) your product is damaged during transit due to negligence of the delivery company we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost. All you'll need to do is to send us a photo of the package received and also the damaged product.

I haven't received my order yet. I suspect it is lost in transit?

If you selected Standard of Express Shipping option, please allow up to 14 business days as transit times might be delayed for unforseen circumstances. If it is confirmed to be lost by the shipping company, we will send you a replacement at no additional costs to you.
